That's the question. For what I saw in the announcement thread at the AOEO forums, it was supposed to be September But it looks like they updated the thread, removing all dates and guesses when things were going to be released.
I really was hoping for them to release something this month. They still could but it's odd how they removed the dates. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
